i have never seen a comic cohesively and intentionally switch from bloodthirsty battle manga to heartfelt and soul-fulfilling adventure like it did and i don't think i ever will again. truly amazing story i can't recommend enough

caught up on vinland saga now that it's over (i was only 10 chapters behind) and man. what a comic. that's up there with some of the best manga i've ever read

i was fairly patient for most of the game but by the end-end-end-game i was actively fighting the mechanics just to play my puzzles so i just started using a cheat table. at a certain point i'd genuinely recommend just doing that even if it's slightly against the spirit of things
