If your city is suspending or cancelling #Flock, remember that "switching to another #ALPR vendor" is NOT the solution.

Dragnet bulk data collection is the core problem. #Flock is just one particularly egregious example.

What is your suggested alternative? I haven't seen any alternatives that provide the safety and security of signature matching and which also result in better data. King County continues to research and try various methods to address the statistically higher rejection rates for some populations.
