the tweet referenced also blithely ignores the role that the Republican Supreme Court and Republican Governors played in kneecapping the Medicaid expansion. Or the role that Republicans played in making sure Congress would not revisit and fixed the problems!

Like, the Project 2025 business. Trump disavowed it. Too many in the press (not saying you) did not have some smoking gun, just the usual "he said, she said" stuff. But the circumstantial evidence (that Project 2025 was drafted by a lot of his former staff!) made that claim laughable.
