This morning, a family member was taken away by ICE.

We have no idea where this person is being taken to, if we’ll ever see them again, or how they’ll be able to restart in a new random country with nothing to their name.

Also a solid point on ECR during draft season.

I have him QB15, but I think the gap between about QB9 and QB21 is relatively small, so there is going to be some QB that drops in most drafts. All it takes is for the 2-3 people highest on Goff to take a QB early and not want a second option for Goff, or any other QB in that general range to fall.

I will not be at the FFExpo next weekend. I will be spending that time watching preseason games, writing articles on them, making any necessary rankings changes and posting about the games here.

The NFL Hall of Fame sticking with their current selection process for another year is going to be a complete mess for the next class.

I have noticed more fantasy football content creators who haven't spent much time on here either posting more, or at least following now when they weren't before even if they aren't posting here yet.

My followers page has been a lot more active in general the last 2 weeks. A lot of that is reporters reporting on training camp, so by percentage, fantasy has decreased on my page.... but I would guess fantasy has gone up by quantity, just not at the same acceleration.

Actually he has taken some 4th quarter snaps, so that's not a great sign for him.

Saw some reported Brenden Rice missed some practice, so I assume that's why he isn't playing.

Biggest movement in my rankings from tonight is moving Kimani Vidal down. Thought at this point he might be more clearly the RB3 behind Hampton/Harris, but it seems like he is one of four players fighting for 1-2 spots on the roster, and wasn't the first guy in that rotation.

It seems like Tyler Conklin isn't playing, which makes it a little bizarre to me that Will Dissly played at all.

Jaret Patterson, Kimani Vidal and Hassan Haskins have all played 3-4 snaps each in the first quarter. That 3rd RB spot (or 2nd until Najee Harris is back) looks wide open.

Worth remembering, the Lions aren't just resting their starters, but also key backups. Guys like Brock Wright and Kalif Raymond also aren't playing.

It is time for my favorite game of "is this player's role secure enough that they don't need to play in this preseason game, or are they further down the depth chart than I thought?"
