So far for the #DigiArchMaintainathon I have worked on transferring projects from GitHub to Codeberg, because my values are more closely aligned with Codeberg, and GitHub's recent move to Microsoft's AI division (no way that ends well).

If I started using the term "Gosset's t-test", would that cause confusion?

Completely agree. I think universities should not only be more supportive of open source software, but encourage and reward contributions to them

Every scientific institute should follow this path. There is no moral stance for spending so much public money on bad software that sacrifices your sovereignty. Word/Excel are not the worst of it. e.g. The Max Planck Society spends millions of Euros annually for shitty MS calendar/email.

The bars in the plot look like health bars with a maximum of 250 and a minimum of 0 HP, with each individual bar coloured in up to the amount of HP for that pokemon.

I couldn't resist this week's #TidyTuesday dataset.

Here's the top 10 pokemon with the most hit points (HP) from the first generation (the only one that matters). I tried to make it look like health bars by layering `geom_segment`s.

I removed all shortcuts to social media apps (and others I don't really 'need') from the home screen, so now I have to go to the app drawer to find them.

It definitely cut down on my time using those apps! (Apparently I'm too lazy to scroll 😆)
