This is why I think introductory measure theory should always be taught as probability before you get into the question of the biggest possible collection of measurable sets

The same notes contain this nice encapsulation of what I think of as being one of the "points" of things like { measurability, adaptedness, etc. }: information flow!

I‘ve had my fair share of measure theory introductions but I‘ve not yet grasped its use I‘m afraid.

i taught myself R in 2012 and i always enjoy seeing how far this programming language has come as it was like investing in a complex, not well documented, sort of unknown underdog back then … shooting in the dark and now it’s improved so much … it’s nice to see that, especially in genomics. #rstats

The `naniar` package contains all kinds of useful functions for dealing with missing data, but why the name? Developer Nick Tierney thinks of missing data a bit like another dimension- like the world created by C.S Lewis in the Narnia books.
