I did goof. Heather & Damien are already engaged before Heather got a ring, but I REALLY wanted to make something like that for awhile, so I wrote it as "She didn't care about a ring but he wanted to give her one so he saved for it".

I think it's still wholesome. Questionable if it's realistic.

Part of the reason I made Heather's account is for these smaller sets so I can experiment with things like lighting. I find it pretty hard to make darker sets look decent and only illuminate what's needed, especially during post editing.

Does anyone use Daz Studio for posing? Is it worth it? And is it easy to learn and render images in 4k?

I'd rather not have to learn multiple programs to get results. If it comes to me giving up on SFM I need to find something that's easy enough to pose with or I'd pretty much throw in the towel.

Not gonna sugarcoat it. I think I'm pushing SFM beyond its limits and I might be reaching the end of using it soon.

I'm now getting weird bugs that are happening with it lately that keep destroying sessions. That also means it's destroying my ideas... and my motivation.

Maybe it was better that I had to change my original idea. Having it be a couples set with Heather and Damien is proving to be really sweet.

Nah nevermind. Too many issues with shadows. I think that's why I never changed it before.

The set is salvaged. Then I remembered this hairstyle and put it on Damien. Think he looks pretty good with it despite the fact the hairline isn't consistent. I might just say screw it and give it to him.

After cooling down a bit I might be able to salvage the project by altering my idea and using a different male model.

Short form of issue: session bugged out in relation to the map, a male model I wanted to use kept making the project crash if it spawned on the map. Outside of session it was fine.

It's even worse than I thought. The entire fucking session is basically useless and I have to reassemble Heather all fucking over again, just to potentially encounter the bug again.

I'm fucking fuming right now. Like this is the worst I've felt it. Borderline "fuck this I quit SFM" levels.
