I would be okay with it if they openly gave perks a rarity tier. Like, these S tier perks only have blank % of dropping to explain RNG and give you something to chase. I don't personally mind chasing loot, it makes the looter shooter feel like a looter shooter. GIVE me a reason to play the episode.

I'm guessing it has to do with scheduling of Iron Banner/Trials. Making sure they get enough of those in. As it is we're waiting until late November for IB

100% agree. Them launching the entire acts at a time has really helped with putting things down and coming back when I wanna. Struggle is getting that to line up with the rest of the clan. Dungeon is a load of fun though.
