I remember watching them watch the robins land, peck & depart. Sparrow cardinal blue sunflower thistle nyjer, millet daisy hydrangea rose.

Tax bill, soccer camp, repair light on both vehicles, but the lilacs are lovely.

People with cPTSD have difficulty explaining why things feel so intense. Think of a person in pain who was always denied help with past pain & imagine what they’ve had to do all those years to get by. The c in cPTSD is complex. A life built in survival mode is not easy to explain

Hannah Szenes was a Hungarian Jew who volunteered for a mission to parachute into occupied territory and liberate fellow Jews. The mission was ultimately successful, but Hannah was captured, tortured, & executed by firing squad. She never reveled the codes the nazis were after despite months of torture. She handed this poem to a comrade before taking her final flight. You can repeat this poem like a mantra. Remember, everything repeats. Soon, it will be our turn.

In January, I began integrating my hardware synth rig with Logic and a few soft synths. Steep learning curve for someone who's accustomed to working outside of a DAW & I've made no new music in months. Tonight, I'm starting a new track using the new setup. Wish me luck.

What difference does method of execution make?

The death penalty itself is the problem. The method is immaterial when each of the available methods cause equal amounts of suffering.
