i don't think they really run into people with the same names as them overly often, especially since all three of them functionally use nicknames or alternative versions of their own names!

bee might run into another hani in the world, but they don't think very much about it!

Q'yueh was born from Key panicking upon arrival in eorzea and trying to miqo'te-fy her name Chiyu, but not realizing the Q' tribal name was read as a "key" sound rather than "chi"

Yue was a fond nickname her only friend had given her growing up, so she's very overprotective over it

hani and sun and key are all pretty self explanatory!!
but "key" was born from people struggling to remember q'yueh and key being uncomfortable being called "yue" by people she regarded as total strangers, so she just tells people to call her key

q'yueh was a fake name anyways so she isn't attached
