Those fries do seem to match with what I see sold in grocery stores in Belgium as "steakhouse fries".

Though I'm not sure if that's an actual thing in steakhouses, or just some kind of marketing gimmick. 😀

Alas, despite checking with other DVDs that my player can decode them, there seem to be none on this disc. 🥲

I never really encountered this system in Europe, but by now I have a huge collection of imported DVDs, and I am wondering whether some of the non-subtitled ones are captioned.

Checking the manual of my 4K Blu-Ray player (Oppo 203), it also seems to support it. Definitely need to check this out!

Het zwembad vind ik nog wel keurig. Maar ik hoop dat het hele hotel op den duur een Eftelingse make-over krijgt.

I rely on that sort of stuff a lot, but my local grocery stores have been moving towards fancier frozen and prepackaged meals, which are not only significantly more expensive, but also packaged less conveniently.

There are still some proper fansites around, but it's just so hard to actually find them with modern search engines.

It honestly just feels so weird to me that it feels like they're finally doing Studio 1 as it should have been done (though I still think it's a rather weird way to enter a park) and doubling down on the Hollywood experience, while also abandoning it as the overarching concept for the park. 😅
