I don't know whether to laugh or cry.

Today my friend and her son baked a cake just because I was coming over to hang out. I saw a young couple cross the street so that they could smell blossoms on a tree, a child riding on the shoulders of a grownup, & an elderly couple holding hands and smiling as they walked down the sidewalk.

Booked a consultation with a therapist at the end of the week. I think it's time, because the assessment made me cry. Time to kick depression's ass!

It may have taken me all day to muster up the will to climb out of my depression pit long enough to go for my stupid mental health walk, but it was well worth it, because I saw signs of Spring out there in the world.

I want to redo my 20s ONLY so I can have that cool skunk hair that the 20somethings are sportin' these days.
