I loaded up a twitch vod and the advanced > video stats shows that it's AVC1 video which is h264. You could try enabling hardware acceleration

Are you using Chrome? Chrome has been crashing the GPU lately for me, but that like flashes the monitors and freezes a bit. Firefox doesn't crash my GPU, but it does repeat and glitch frames every once in a while in YouTube.

It's even worse than that in some places. Sometimes the COBOL is out of date with what's running on the machines which have been hand-patched in memory to handle different error cases. Mainframe code is a beautiful nightmare.

Some paper taped to the bottom of a cardboard poster tube that, when pointed towards the sun, makes a small projection on the bottom. The sun is being partially covered by the moon in a way that leaves a ring of sun visible around the moon. It also messes with any light beams that peek through leaves and such.
