TONIGHT! It's the last concert of the Kendal Classics season this evening, and we're going out with a bang with Beethoven's Symphony No.5, with Royal Northern Sinfonia and conductor Delyana Lazarova.

Due to an injury, cellist Jaemin Han is now sadly unable to perform at this Saturday's concert.

We're grateful to Samuel Niederhauser for stepping in as soloist for Shostakovich's Cello Concerto No.1. We look forward to welcoming him, and you, this Saturday!

We're back with our next concert on 12 April when Royal Northern Sinfonia perform Mozart's delicately beautiful Violin Concerto No.5 and Beethoven's lively and optimistic Symphony No 2. The brilliant violinist Maria Włoszczowska is both soloist and director.
