Some progress since I’ve been back. Thankfully there are spots in my art studio with similar lighting and as I’ve been trying / planning to do a self portrait from life I already had a set up.

There’s at least 2 weeks left of work on this but coming along slowly 😝

Lastly - the gaslighting. It’s an awful toll on the psyche to both see this happening and at the same time can’t allow yourself to believe this is actually happening. It’s literally unbelievable anyone can be this sick, i must be making it up!

Turns out it’s all true.

- active want you to fail so they feel better about themselves
- hate you for doing anything well
- actually hoping your life sucks so they can throw you crumbs and you’d be grateful
