Tell me how else to interpret this other than as an attack on universities. Cutting IDCs to 15% would be catastrophic. Many research costs can’t be charged directly to grants, and indirects help (but still don’t fully cover). @altnih4science.bsky.social grants.nih.gov/grants/guide...
