Blue playtest card named Lightnous that has 2 weapon value and 2 armor value. It has 4 integrity. It costs 2 Blue Alloy to play and scraps for a blue and colorless alloy.

I am looking to create a custom card frame for this game! Currently, I’ve just been using an MTG proxy maker to make my playtest versions of some cards. Anyone got recommendations on making/designing card frames? There’s several different color cards and there’s Ships, Structures, and Crew cards.

While reversing commits, I almost lost a huge chunk of progress despite a soft reset description saying it wouldn’t lose real changes. But Unity said my scene changed so I saved it as a new and then reloaded. Would have lost hours of UI work if I didn’t save a new scene just then.

I’m not a professional software developer by any means. I barely understand how to use git. I pushed a commit after adding a bunch of sounds, 99.99% I won’t use but wanted to try them out. Git kept crashing when trying to push to origin. I already had multiple other commits staged too.

You know what takes an excruciating amount of time? Setting up, configuring, and coding user interface. Making sure buttons flow through menus properly, rigging sounds to button clicks and cursor-entry, setting up a settings and audio menu and tying the sliders and toggles appropriately.

So, I’ve written two different scenes for my book/story, out of order of where I left off. I knew I wanted these scenes to happen, and I was itching to get to them…. So I went ahead and jumped to them. I’ll go back and get the story caught up to these scenes now that I finally have them put to paper

There’s something there about being a genuine, honest, and humble person vs hate brigading and fear mongering.

My instinct is to make the case that USAID is extremely good, actually. But I feel like it’s more important to say, “What is happening is antagonistic to the foundational document of the nation.”

drastic rewrites that will be required as I get deeper into the story if/when I change certain details. Have you ever repeated a word so much that it loses meaning and it doesn’t look write when spelled out? That’s how I’m feeling about the whole thing…

So, terminology fix. Chapter 1 was changed to prologue. Chapters 1-2 written.. though they’re actively being edited as I continue writing into what is now chapter 3.
