Yes I was really lucky on that one. We where handling 3000+ appv packages and showed we knew the product enough to not loose time with « basics » troubleshooting.

I had the chance to have this « multipass » with #Microsoft on #Appv it was a game changer. No more « can you dump your whole infra » or « are you sure you’ve installed the last update » but it lasted until our AM changed.
