I love and enjoy adult coloring.
Adult coloring is popular because it acts as a, low-pressure, therapeutic, and creative outlet that significantly reduces stress, anxiety, and depression by promoting a mindful, meditative state.

Over the past three years+, I have been guided to repeatedly read this deeply encouraging small book, taking notes during various seasons of my life. It has reminded me that life is a tapestry of transitions, uncertainty, and growth — a blend of mystery, beauty, and creative change.

Note to Self:

Uncertainty can be a gift of liberating freedom. Not knowing is very freeing. The ego always wants to know. It wants closure, certainty, definitive answers. As I get older and grow, I have more questions than answers and I'm at peace with that.

I live in a perpetual state of paradoxes, contradictions, uncertainties, and messiness; a tapestry of afflictions, blessings, aspirations, and hopes; a constant flow of shifts, transitions, changes, and mysteries in this journey of life and faith.
