There's an annual festival at a dahlia farm down here (well, in Canby). The majority are dinner plates but they have a few small ones. I try to make it every year. If you happen to be down this way, it's worth a look.

I have seen guys that “hurt” to look at. Like actually cause discomfort. I have to force myself to look. One guy at a past job punched me in the eyes when we made eye contact. He came in once and ended up in my line…I had to look AND talk to him. I had to take a break…I almost got physically sick.
