Once I have an interaction with someone I always block. If I see someone just behaving block-worthy to someone else I may just mute them.

I've used personal block lists, not with any intent to share them, if there's some reason I may want to give people a second look. That way they're not just dumped together with everything else and the list name can be a kind of note if you're dealing with categories of blocks.

It's entirely possible it's illegal to put a living person's portrait on our money, but everybody needs to stop citing §5114. The very next sentence is "The name of the individual shall be inscribed below the portrait." If you think that's true of our coins then just take a look at a dime.
