Many companies view zero cost as a goal which basically means slavery. They need to turn it around and mark their value against how many people they have helped and supported.

I am so sorry! I have heard horror stories of them fining a friend of mine for not cutting his hedges when he had no money to do so in the first place. They seem like a good idea until they start dictating what you can do with your own house. :(
