My other WIPs (works in progress) for the week. I am struggling with the Studio Ansitru “I Persist” but herring the hang of the stitching pages and not jumping around like usual.

I am working on Blackbird Designs “Fab Four” series. The first up are Eleanor Rigby, and Octopus’ Garden. There are 6 in the series. #crossstitch #beatles

This is lovely! I am also a novice at blackwork. I tried in 2020, but that wasn’t the best year for learning a new thing. So far the 2025 is going well.

Week 10 of @peppermintpurple.bsky.social 2025 SAL is done. So much work still left on the Centre Stage floral blackwork but I am happy I am able to keep up with the weekly fills! On 20ct BeStitchMe Avocado. I need to have my hand slapped if ever I try blackstitch on anything other than 28 ct linen.

I love her designs! I’m working on Bird Herd. No current pic but now I am excited to get home and pull it out.

I’m gonna get some of the Farmer’s Dog treats and sit at our tiny town square every weekend and tell ALL the dogs “Hello!”, with the added bonus of a treat. I used to be a mail carrier and miss all my route dogs soooooo much. I do NOT miss working for USPS.

Wow. It’s like Colbert REALLY sees me. Always knew MapQuest would end up on late-night TV — just assumed it would be for absolutely ReFuSiNg to remove Toys “R” Us from our maps 🫡

This is amazing! I was sad because I found it difficult to find other cross-stitchers. Just followed all of them. And I’d love to be added to the starter pack. My feed does show some of my cross-stitch and will have more now that I know there are so many stitchers to follow. Thank you!

Does the adorable radiator still work? I had radiators like that a dozen moves ago and loved them.

This is amazing! I think I am going to try to do something similar and it might free up some storage space. In fact, I know it will free up some storage space.

This crazy cat spends all day stalking leaves & dry grass blowing around outside. For the first 6 years of his life he never saw ground floor views. Last summer he discovered the great outdoors. Once the rabbits & other REAL critters start to frequent the yard I am sure he will ignore the leaves.
