Just had our 1st practices this week. Exciting season ahead. We’ve got some height this year so we’ll actually be making some rim runs & post feeds this year.

Also began our 8 week skill league for middle school girls this week. Always one of my favorite things every year!

But like all great teams your kids were able to adapt on offense and figure it out!

Where can we watch online?

We run the same action but the player is in the middle of the foul line and we dont normally set the screen. Middle pops out opposite the drive. Middle defender often helps on the drive and we hit the pop out. If middle def doesn’t help, we will backdoor the pop out.

And #1 way to improve passing? Practice passing vs real defense all the time. No more partner passing or “perfect passing” fast break drills vs no defense.
