2) Before getting to the new Daredevil, I decided to go back and rewatch the Netflix Marvel shows from the beginning since I fell off after the big crossover. Jessica Jones Season 1 - still really, really good! At the time it was my favorite Marvel Netflix and I’m standing that opinion

A couple belated TV opinions:

1) As someone who is now perpetually a year+ behind on nerd-verse TV shows, I just finished House of the Dragon S2 and have to say, I liked it a lot! I sort of get some of the criticisms but not the overall negative vibes I had heard around it. Good show!

I disagree with torn down due to historical significance but if you want to build a new executive residence/office building, sure, fine, whatever.

You could do something like Florida’s capitol where the new Capitol is built right behind the old Capitol and the old Capitol remains as a museum.

Honestly, if I’m a Clemson fan I’m feeling pretty good right now.

Can’t emphasize how big that 3rd and 22 was. All we needed to do was not give up a 22 yard run and we have 5 minutes or so to put more points on the board before halftime. Instead Clemson scores, runs clock down far enough that we just give up on the half and they get ball after the break.

Maybe my best week of the NYT games ever?? Solved the crossword on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday without using hints and genius on Spelling Bee every day using just the remaining words grid on the Buddy.

Pretty much the only reason I’m interested in the live action version coming out this summer is for the opportunity to hear the score again with loud theater speakers.

I’ve only been following Tech sports since 2009, but I’ve gotten the impression that for most people it’d be Joe Hamilton over Calvin, Mark Price over Kenny, and Teixeira over Varitek.

From my era I’d go Josh Nesbitt, Jose Alvarado, Justin Thomas, and idk the 4th. Maybe Julia Bergmann?

Honestly, Notre Dame deserved that doink. Kicking to go from 2 scores down to 2 scores down in the 4th quarter of the National Championship game, when you’ve really only had 2 good drives all game? That’s a loser move.
