Checking out the usual right-wing YT's last night and found Glenn Beck doing a line-by-line deconstruction of Trump's “my boys and, in some cases, ‘gals’" post in order to get to a reading of it that *does not* implicate the president (TLDR: Dems hacked the report). We're gonna see that more.

Maybe the new Post op-ed section will advocate for class mobility or entrepreneurship, but a glorified Federalist Society newsletter doesn’t exist to spark bootstrappers to greatness. I am helpless not to find the The Great Epstein Realignment hilarious. It's like the one thing that I can rely on to make me grin that isn't a Pedro Pascal fan account.

Me two weeks ago: Jeffrey Epstein killed himself, not to protect anyone, but because entering prison as the world's most illustrious pedophile makes that a logical decision. Conspiracy theories make less sense than the stated story.

Me now: The Pee Tape was shot on Epstein Island.

And I mean, as far as early-season-2 plot twists go, "cult leader suddenly asks followers to change beliefs by 180 degrees" is no "killing off Joel," but it does raise the stakes.

As a conservative podcaster, I listen to sometimes ask when defending his conspiracy theories, "What could possibly be the most generous good-faith explanation of this?"

I mean, I'm in Texas and so I might be able to withhold my vote from the asshole with a clear conscience myself but I respect that everyone's gotta weigh that decision for themselves.
