I only found out that the constant low grade pain isn’t normal when I met my now best friend who also has fairly high chronic pain, I joked about it a lot and he started asking questions lol

I have chronic pain in my lower back and legs and I’ve been using compression gear to help with everyday pain, but if it’s especially bad I’ll usually take a few painkillers normally ibuprofen.
I also started using a cane for balance and to keep the weight off my back and bad knee when standing
