Being an ally is no longer enough. One must be an accomplice - vocal and uncompromising in our defense. Trans folks are a scattered 1% of the population, and we can't fight this shit by ourselves.

At the end of the day, a system in which billionaires exist at the same time people are homeless and starving is a morally bankrupt system, and needs to change

I never said anyone was entitled to anyone's labor. But it's the wealthy that act entitled to our labor. They artificially suppress our wages and power, and fire us if we push for better conditions. (Getting fired can easily lead to homelessness, which is very much a threat of violence against us)

and what about all of the people who struggle to make ends meet, who can't afford medicine or food, because of the circumstances in which they were born? Or because they've been exploited by the wealthy who already have more than enough?

I complained to manager that I'm burntout and having trouble juggling the insane amount of new tasks and projects I've been given.

He responded: "Yeah, everyone on the team has been feeling that lately. It's not going to get better"

I'm so lucky I work remote, I don't think I'd be able to hide how much I hate my managers if I had to see them in person

god I'm so fucking burnt out of my job, and almost every new job posting for my degree revolves around AI
