There is a schism among the broader left on Mamdani's video regarding ICE and how to deal with them when they decide to detain you or someone. The person criticizing him is encouraging folks to disrupt ICE and flee from arrest afterwards. However, some accuse him of taking the video out of context.

As a racial minority, I am more likely to trust a white Democratic voter over a white leftist. At least the former bothers to vote diligently.

It's better to abandon them to their fates and instead focus more on aiding those who did the right thing in 2024.

I can confidently say Madeline is a white supremacist she’s just insidious about it. Most of all she is a grifter. I was never a landlord. I never made profit from rent but i did have roommates i shared MY place with. If I made profit from rent I woulda quit sooner xD Most of the roomies were in between places so my intention was to help them out. There was no deposit anyone had to pay and no one paid for the first month and one year for new years, I covered everyone’s rent. There was also no lease agreement because I was just sharing a space with friends, not tenants. In fact, sometimes I had to cover their portions of rent when I didn’t want to cuz some didn’t even pay 😭😭 I was getting taken advantage of in that situation real bad and when I started having boundaries of course everyone was upset and saw the beef as an opportunity to do shit like make gofundme’s because i “made them homeless” when in reality I gave them a spot to stay in when they had none. They couldnt be respectful to me or my home so they all had to leave. and yea lol she is definitely a landlord and her bestie cant even live at the house she bought cuz they’re in a legal battle with the people renting because they’ve literally been trying to displace them for years. She told us horrible things about them and talked nasty about them online. The way the work was structured felt like the white people got to be mediocre, racist and sometimes even sexual predators but nothing they would do could get them fired. She doesn’t care about victims of sexual assault, the safety of our models, or the safety of her employees. She is 100% performative. Every non white person was doing the most physically laborious jobs and even after I left non whites worked warehouse except one yt girl who was occassionally outspoken and it was just whites in the office besides one girl who kisses her ass n snitched when the employees were trying to unionize. That day, however, no one agreed how she handled that but I was the only one who would tell her to her face it was fucked up. Everyone agreed with me till she’d come in the room and they’d be silent, making me look crazy and aggro. This question is kinda broad honestly 😭There’s so much I could say. The work environment was extremely toxic. Very catty and backstabby. They made me feel bad for taking vacations but I always worked double before leaving so no one would have to fill in. If they did have to fill in, I left detailed instructions and tried to make it easy and convenient as possible. When another white employee who constantly made microaggressive remarks, sexually inappropriate, watched porn on speaker at work, and SA’d a coworker left to Germany for 3 months to sober up and get her shit together it wasn’t a problem at all. Not only that but every single employee had to pick up her slack. Homegirl was on CRACK! People think I was just demanding money, but I was trying to say the POC deserved to be paid more bc we are carrying the brand on our backs while we have to deal with both microaggressions and blatant racism from her unqualified friends. They dont even have a strong sense of fashion or social media knowledge or photography skills!!! BTw the predatory employee was never fired. She resigned after I went public otherwise she’d still be there. Everyone got free trips but she never got one of my tickets and i had to pay $500 at the airport. That never happened to anyone else at work and I took less vacations than a most of people there. She also let everyone have a company card except for me and she would pretend she forgot everytime it came up which was over 3 times.

She also shot down my ideas often and when she would start to see a slump in profits or engagement she would regurgitate my ideas to me that i said MONTHS ago. sometimes she’d do it after a year. Initially she would admit I had said it before but after a while she started straight up jacking my shit lmaooo Madeline has been spiraling into madness and gets worse everyday. One of the creepiest things I saw her do was constantly wear down one employee to get her to kiss the dogs in the mouth how white ppl be doing. She tried to get me to do it too but I was disgusted. Then I left for a bit on vacation and when I came back homegirl was kissing dogs and madeline was way too satisfied she looked like she was getting off to it or something. Like getting off to the fact she was able to get my coworker to kiss a dog in the mouth. I GOT THE HEEBIE JEEBIES FRRR LMAO like i laugh but its not funny but its also funny.
