There are times when I find myself in a moment from which I struggle to move forward from. Sometimes this lasts for days, and all it ends up is sapping every ounce of happiness and energy from me. How does one find a way to reignite the spark that is missing?

While the Thanksgiving dinner at my uncle's was 2 days ago, I am still feeling the aftereffects of eating too much mashed potatoes.
