Deep strike was a one and done thing under those rules. The Gate of Infinity is doing it over and over again. Completely different play pattern there between 10th ed and everything before it.

So in 2nd Edition 40K and the Horus Heresy novels, N'kari is a Slaaneshi Daemon Prince, but in 5th edition 40K and Warhammer Fantasy he is a Keeper of Secrets type Greater Daemon.

There isn't a single example I can think of where the Imperium is making animal servitors out of people. They just use animals.

Because they see the human form religiously. As does the whole Imperium, hence why "mutants" are so hated.

Chaos would be better for that sort of thing since they love weird daemon engines and Hellbrute things.

I would love to see the Grey Knights double down on their older style equipment and break out Heresy Era pattern vehicles decked out in their iconography.

Mostly because I really like 30k tank design

Psykers need to be able to use their brains to tap into their powers and the warp.

They are completely different things. Servitors that aren't vat grown are criminals being punished. Dreadnoughts are chapter heroes kept alive in the universe's worst ICU bed so they can share their wisdom with future generations.

Servitors are lobotomized, dreadnoughts are not.

Servitorized Psykers sounds like something you'd see with the Dark Mechanicus
