This Publisher Is Banning AI Because Of Ethics: 'It's Cancerous' Hooded Horse won't work with developers that use gen AI

"No fucking AI assets" - a reminder that many good publishers that will disqualify any prototype with genAI placeholders, and that using it is at your own peril. Hooded Horse happens to be one of the best publishers out there at the moment, so this is a big one.

We did something different with the credits for Demonschool. We used this format: name, title, lengthy description of what they did. Often you see credits in games where you don't know what the credited developer was actually responsible for. We wanted to give people proper, actual credit.

for an AI-free search, you can use the u"dm14" parameter when searching, either by adding a custom search engine in Chrome/Firefox or via websites like udm14.com

Doesn't take care of all the AI slop out there, but at least you won't be greeted with a crappy AI summary of your search anymore :P
