In videogames, there's this notion of working always on crunch even if it's not needed.
From the production side it is really hard to make people understand that they are underperforming doing that.

I got a call from a recruiter to apply to an opportunity "because I am the perfect fit".
And got rejected by an automated email the next day.

Thinking about Silksong. There is a Law of the Sea that states when two ships intersect, the larger ship has the right of way. Due to mass, momentum, maneuverability, it's the responsibility of smaller ships to get out the way. Being a ship that big, I think it's important to broadcast your intent.

Weeell, Gamescom has ended....sadly.
It was my first and it was a blast! The event is sooOoo BIG. The only thing I regret is not talking to even more devs.
I've met incredible people, and it's always great to see the reaction to NetherWorld. I hope I can be there next year too!
