I like that the American convention of "old/rural = conservative" just doesn't hold up in large parts of Eastern Canada. You can hike deep into the forests of the Gaspé peninsula and meet septuagenarians with political views that would melt the tires clean off a Republican's car.

It's a small graphic design detail, but the loitering guy on TTC signage is actually in front of the red slash, casually leaning against it, making him look *unbelievably* cool.

I see the farm on the top of the hill and I say this is probably in the Appalachian Mountains, I done some research and this seem to be the bridge who cross rivière des Trois Pistoles on the Route verte 1.
