I have to admit, when young people have stuff forced down their throat (religion, strict politics), they will often question it and go in the opposite direction. I hate they are doing this, but it will most likely backfire spectacularly

My sincere hope, if we get to the other side of all of this, is for presidential pardons to be struck from our laws. The use by Trump is just sick and is a huge part of him ruining our country

I know her cuz she was on a show starring Zendaya, where she played the sluttiest side character (no hate to girlies getting it - that was just the entire characters design) & she got called out online for posting photos with her fam in MAGA merch. This is unsurprising from her and it IS terrible

I’m currently re-reading the series Ruthless Boys of the Zodiac, as it’s one of the funniest series I’ve read. It’s a fantasy romance, that starts off with a murder mystery at a magical college, and then expands into a big world. It’s a little campy, but once you get used to it, it’s a fun ride

It is exactly what she deserves. And Trump is absolutely ok fucking over everyone around him.

I’m pretty sure we are witnessing this lightbulb moment happening for most of MAGA right now. It generally does take time for that moment to unravel more for people to actually build up the courage and resources to leave but I am hopeful we will see many people escape this cult sooner than later

When it comes to being in a cult, and leaving it, there is normally a moment when someone sees/experiences something that they can’t easily file away into a cult-approved box. It causes them to pause and question that one thing and makes them wonder if the cult is wrong about this, then what else?

I hope so, I’d like her to have a cohesive story line for it all that flows together. Some of her recent works have more holes in them, or parts that seemed choppy and like they didn’t fit. And I need to get back to Prythian! I miss the characters so much.

Ok! I am so excited! But I will be infuriated if this is the first book in her Gods series and not the next ACOTAR book

Night Court vibes

I went around to two different independent bookstores to buy the Septimus Heap series for my best friends kid, who I’m seeing tomorrow! It’s a great kids story about magic and overcoming a tyrant and discovering old and hidden magic!

I read this for real in high school and think about it all the time, even before this past November. I have not read 1984, which like everyone else in HS did, but I bought it and I’m planning on reading it soon!

Disney has so much money for lawyers, I hope they fuck up the FCC and Trump admin for this
