Heartbroken today to hear the Gem Lakes area burned up in forest fire. It was/will at one point again be one of the most beautiful spots in Saskatchewan with clear lakes and great camping spots. It was the first place my family went once covid restrictions were reduced.

Instead of criminalizing the unhoused with addictions, could the alcohol industry fund 24 hour free places to gather and begin heavily funding housing initiatives to support the individuals harmed by their products?
