Because I’ve read Human Acts and finished The Vegetarian today and Han Kang. Damn. I don’t have words, but what an incredible author. (2/2)

Last month I picked up Han Kang’s Greek Lessons, and it wasn’t really my cup of tea but when I read @quarkitty.bsky.social ‘s glowing review of Human Acts and my friend Diana give The Vegetarian 4/5 stars on GR, I decided to give Han’s novels another chance. I am very happy that I did (1/2)

Since I haven’t been drawing much, I discovered yesterday that the tip of my Apple Pencil is like… smashed. I must have dropped it directly on the tip or something but I have no idea how that happened????

My dad was about 19 mos. when his dad passed away from a cerebral hemorrhage (he was only 40) so we don’t know a ton about his family, so the FB group is pretty interesting!

I found a FB group focusing on the history/families in the county my paternal grandfather is from, and one of the first things I found typing in my surname is an 1880 article mentioning a forefather of mine getting arrested for walking his horse on the sidewalk. Like. The most 1880 crime ever.

The way I cheesed the Wagner fight back on the PS2 version when I played on Heroic Mode (level 1 for the entire game). Found out if I drank health potions the exact moment I took a hit, I wouldn’t die lmao. I got Creative 🥲
