Actually, Disco did become a shared experience with my nongaming partner. Weβd lounge on the couch talking through choices, reacting to the story, and debating next steps.
Havenβt found many games that click like that, but "solo" hobbies can turn into communal ones when the right one comes along

The idea that all free time must be βsharedβ is absurd. Adults are allowed solitary hobbies, whether itβs gaming, reading, or just staring at a wall.
If your argument is βyou owe every waking minute to others,β then nothing is justified- not books, not TV, not even a long shower.

The idea conservativism is only due to selective mortality ignores the reality people become more conservative with age due to shifting priorities, nostalgia, and a growing desire for stability.

I just don't believe anyone wanted this grimdark ST, focused on conflict, convoluted plots and interpersonal strife.

It's a good job that I'm not in politics, otherwise that smug child Chris Mason would be three-legged with glee reporting that 25 years ago, I sometimes used the franking machine at Publishing News for personal post.

Honestly I'm a bit luke-warm on it as I'm not patient enough to do spend lots of time on something without knowing why, but my girlfriend loves it.

That was unexpected, this just helped me identify a card I've been struggling with in 'the researchers first murder', thanks Don!
