I finally accepted I don’t have to carry it all by myself. Reaching out and talking to psych services has helped me a lot with this. It’s been a nice reminder that it’s okay to lean on somebody else for support

I love using the creative side of my brain, it’s where I feel most alive. But when the stresses of work and life creep in, it’s often the first part of me that shuts down, making progress on my game feel impossible.
