This is something I wish I internalized a long long time ago. I relearn it now and then and forget and have to rerelearn it. "There's not enough time in the day" is a priority-setting problem. To be fair in the case of the event I'm at, a lot of the issues were caused by organizers getting heat exhaustion cause it's been hot by canadian standards. But that doesn't really change my reaction to things in the moment

Getting more examples of the low tolerance i have for things "running on [some group] time" or becoming disorganized and attendees not knowing what's going on. Like I'll literally just go back to my room/tent instead of waiting for things to get sorted, write off that thing & wait for the next thing

A techy alternative, but I moved all my stuff out of there to a self-hosted Nextcloud. Self-hosting has some tradeoffs. Can either let other people access it but you have to deal with a bunch of security issues, or set up Tailscale on your devices so you can access it but no one else can
