It was a close game, but @michaelastackpole.bsky.social won our Masters & Minions game for the first time ever tonight… and look at this murderer’s row. Phelan and Morgan Kell, Alexi Holt, and Kenja Rodriguez took on an Awesome, Marauder, Sagittaire, and a Warhammer.

The Battle tech game board shows four giant robots yet standing, though two would not be for much longer. The Mechs all have fantastic paint jobs, which greatly enhanced the game.

In Masters and Minions, @swankmotron and I managed to defeat a worthy quartet of opponents and get a Black Knight and Morgan Kell’s Archer off the board. The game lasted three hours and fun was had by all.

I will be playing one Wolfhound and one Archer. Whoever kills those mechs gets to keep them. The other two are for me to take home.

I don’t think that would be a bad thing at all. I’d wait until the book was done before commissioning any art, but it is good you are thinking that way.
