If you had been puberty suppressed/given hormones, with facial feminization surgery, breast augmentation, and a better vaginoplasty procedure than penile inversion, you would likely be much better off than you are now.

Studies and anecdotes show that adult trans women who were puberty suppressed are thriving, including the studies in this article. You operate under the bias of your own personal experience (never puberty suppressed, not thriving).

Always check the data when people like this send you papers claiming these things, because they will be completely incorrect.

Not to mention other half truths or outright lies the paper claimed. Since it's a narrative review, not a systematic review or anything helpful, it's pretty much allowed to do that. I can also help you understand more about what the paper lied about/misinterpreted. Been at it for a long time.

The section on cognitive function claiming a decline in advanced age inaccurately sourced a presentation of the study instead of a link to the actual data, the conclusion of which did not link cognitive decline to estradiol, despite the paper claiming it did.

The studies referenced in this paper don't actually support the conclusions of the paper, I don't think you read them. For example, the section on stroke and cardiovascular risks was sourced from older methods and the majority of the cohort was overweight or obese.
