Das ist schonmal gut - ich dachte primär an Schmerzen, die einfach nicht für Opioidtherapie geeignet sind (denke z.B. an KS/Migräne) oder immer wenn die Intensität eben auch mit WHO I zu managen wäre ;)

Finde ich tatsächlich gut gelungen, das einzige was mich wundert ist, dass ich es so verstehe, dass Metamizol nur zusätzlich zu Opioid-Analgesie gegeben werden kann, nicht mono?
