Absolutely!!!💯not only do disability make it hard for us to work anywhere. For some like me it makes us completely unhireable I have applied to dozens+ of jobs and every one turned me away bc they didn’t think I could be useful or were worried I’d get hurt basically any excuse to not hire a cripple
