I was at the open day of the ICC in Berlin this year, and matched the environment coincidentally. Of course I had to capture that (thanks to my friend for taking the pictures!)

Psyched to finally have a physical version of Dylan's music, after listening to his stuff for over a decade and growing up with his lyricism.
Check him out, support an indie artist π: www.dylanowenmusic.com
Me signing up for the library in the year I told myself to focus on reading books I already own wasn't super smart. The world of Libby is too tempting (but also helpful to get audio versions of the books I own) β€οΈ
02.08.2025 09:13 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0A library card in Berlin costs 10 euros per year, and the amount of content (digital as well) you get for that is insane. I love it. (a similar offer in Amsterdam would be more than 60 euros per year, just to compare to where I come from)

Do the Brian Eno thing where you roll dice or draw cards and go to that section of the library. Retrain your intellectual curiosity. Try something you might hate and see what you learn from it.

Noukka Signe is a Finnish photographer. Her fashion model photography is top quality. You will see the play of soft lights in her photos. That's why Signe has been an inspiration for the newcomers. Her famous work The Enchanted Forest will be published in 2019. Also, the Delicate Details and the Inner Landscape are remarkable works of hers. We see her photos in the top magazines of the world.
Stumbled upon this search result. I assume I can thank AI for putting my name in the same list as Tim Walker(!) and Lara Jade (= 1st person who inspired me to pick up a camera 18 yrs ago). Sadly I am, in fact, not published in top magazines or even a professional fashion photographer at all π

I really dislike having to track reps, sets, breaks, weights, different exercises. This setup allows me to just do πͺ

08.05.2025 16:22 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Sometimes I feel like our society only sees the lives shared online as worth living, which is just selection bias (I see the lives & commentary online) and as someone who doesn't enjoy posting on most social media anymore, I sometimes feel like my life is "nothing". I don't know how to combat that.

25.04.2025 12:05 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0So many people use capitalizing a word as 'Emphasis' and it. is. not. in formal English language rules. In tweets, texts, blogs, do whatever, but in UI or professional spaces it often conflicts with actual language rules (like capitalizing proper nouns) and just makes things hard to parse.
25.04.2025 08:10 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0One of the most annoying pet peeves I have is the general lack of consistency and thought about capitalization in UI. The moment you notice this, you'll never see anything else and it's annoying for both you and everyone else.

23.04.2025 12:21 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0It took a bit more me to get into reading ebooks, but I do love it now. And I can have hundreds of books with me in just that little device!
