I would love to see Célio, Becher, and Silva get more minutes together. All 3 can attack with speed. Celio and Silva can win 1v1 situations and would be able to provide service to Becher or put more shots on net.

If this isn’t it, this has to be close. I can’t think of a single reason why we would want to continue down this road at this point. I think it’s time we move on and do what we can to salvage the rest of the season.

Mellberg has improved our defense, but our offense has declined substantially. We were on an upward trajectory under Hackworth. He seemed to give the players the liberty to play to their strengths and players seemed to buy into his system.

Totally agree. Loved the overall improvement on the offensive side of the ball. Glad to see us respond after such a poor showing in KC.

3-1 seems right to me too! Becher was buzzing last week but wasn’t able to get one, I have a feeling he’ll get at least one today. Hoping to see more Tuechert tonight too!
