Yeah it has to do with where the teams who move on from the Group stages will be seeded later on. I don't have the specifics but similar logic to how they'll be putting the top 4 overall ranked teams in different sides.

There were some not so great things reportedly said by Revolution players after Porter was let go - both on and off the record. Overall bad relationships w/players. The phrase I remember is something like "he forgets we have families" off the field.

Caleb Porter - worked w/Wray in Columbus between 2020-2022. Porter was let go by the New England Revolution in September 2025.

Laurent Courtois - worked w/Wray in Montreal between 2024-2025. Courtois was let go by Montreal in March 2025. #AllForCITY

Newest update on the @stlcitysc.com coaching search is that sources tell The Athletic that "St. Louis will go with a candidate that has experience in MLS".

Congrats to St. Louis University for making the Elite 8 of the NCAA D1 Men’s Soccer Tournament after defeating Bryant in PKs 4-3, drawing 2-3 in regulation!

These are the final option decisions to be made by CITY ahead of 2026 and this puts the roster at 24 going into the offseason.

Also noted in the press release is that the club remains in active discussions on potential returns for Henry Kessler, Conrad Wallem and Devin Padelford

The 2026 contract options for Seth Antwi, Jayden Reid, and Joey Zalinsky have been declined by @stlcitysc.com.

This would appear to be Corey Wray's 1st hands on impact regarding the #AllForCITY roster, as he is quoted for the 1st time in the article on contract-related decisions.

The silver lining to our 2 midweek rivalry matches in 2026, is that they've made the @stlcitysc.com / @sportingkc.com return to play rivalry match in STL on 7/16 part of a Rivalry Week showcase, leading up to the World Cup Final weekend.

Midweek stinks, but this isn't a bad one to be part of.

- Break for the 26 World Cup from 5/25-7/16 w/the resumption match a rivalry match to garner excitement ahead of the WC final
- Break after Decision Day for a FIFA int'l break (different from today as there's a break after the 1st round of playoff games)
- MLS All Star Game is on July 29 #AllForCITY

We're not facing them. You don't get a yearly home/away to all teams cross conference right now. Something that should be changing w/the 27/28 move to single table/divisions.

- CITY will have 11 home games from July-Oct after the WC.
- Includes 1st ever trips to NYCFC/DCU & 1st ever reg season match vs RBNY
- Decision Day is away to Houston on Nov 7 #AllForCITY

- Rivalry matches vs SKC are both on weekdays. Thursday in STL & Wednesday in KCK.
- No match vs Chicago Fire (1st season w/o a reg season STL/CHI match)
- CITY only has 6 home games before the World Cup from Feb - May w/no back to back home games #AllForCITY
