Been working on my Resource Pipeline for about 3 days now, I can now load resources (in this case an hlsl shader), cache them to both disk and memory, and load the last compiled cache from disk, hopefully making load times for the "development workflow" a little faster

after 3 bajillion years I've refactored the "development workflow" filesystem to function as a sort of fake vfs by simply mapping out its game data directory into just a bunch of paths, the "production workflow" will use an actual VFS whenever I don't feel lazy lol. The asset pipeline is next!!
