If they're Airpod Pros, I like using the aftermarket memory foam tips. Without them, I can't keep them in my ears. Also, the Setex Gecko Grip stickers are useful for keeping them in place and can be used with the standard Airpods.

The front might open like this… but like anormal human (and his dog) I use the door to go in and out.

A silver Safari Condo Alto travel trailer sitting in a grove of trees with all the windows and door open to enjoy the breeze. Obie, the dog, is taking a peek out the door.

Since I’m not in Madrid for #ietf123, I found a beautiful camping spot near the Skagit River. One of the dogs is keeping me company.

From here, I’ll join the IETF meetings remotely overnight. Then nap, hike, play fetch with Obie, and repeat the next day.

I need one of those in the Seattle area…

Thankfully it took longer to find and get the parts than to make the repair!

RV shops are a pain in the ass to deal with for repairs. Mobile RV techs are hard to find and expensive. I can't imagine owning a travel trailer and not having the skills or tools needed to complete most repairs at home.

Travel trailers are like boats - they always need some kind of maintenance or repair, even on a high quality trailer. Thankfully, I'm reasonably handy and can do a lot of the work myself.

Following a bit of research I realized that I can use the good side of the propane auto-switching regulator while I wait for parts.

Going to hitch up this morning I smell propane. The second line also has a small leak... argh. Looks like I have one more errand to complete before I head out today.

That moment when you refill the propane tanks on your travel trailer, reconnect them, and then notice one of the lines has bubbles on it. And then you smell the propane… ☠️⚠️💥

Where’s Hank Hill when you need some propane accessories?!

No need to increase HD size when they expect you to store most docs in the cloud.

I have a very small SSD that I use for storage when needed.

I almost always buy from the Apple Store's refurbished section. The deals can be great on a like-new laptop.

Multiboard

I started 3D printing a multiboard.io stack in PETG with a PLA layer between the stacked pieces. Trial run with a small piece last night worked well. This morning the full size print launched itself off the print bed and on to the floor for reasons I cannot fathom...

Stayed up way too late last night playing with the new 3D printer. After printing Benchy, I printed a few tools and a 💩 bucket, and now I'm on to printing a top mount for the AMS Lite to minimize the desk space required for the entire unit.

Same here. I’m working on my family tree again. I even hired a researcher in the EU the collect archived documents that potentially unlock a path to EU citizenship.

I don’t think anyone is prepared for what they just did w/ ICE.

This is not a simple budget increase. It is an explosion - making ICE bigger than the FBI, US Bureau of Prisons, DEA,& others combined.

It is setting up to make what’s happening now look like child’s play. And people are disappearing.
