As bioinformaticians, reproducibility becomes almost an obsession. We need to ensure that the analysis we perform today, with the same input data, will yield the same results tomorrow.
Hi @ddelalamo.bsky.social ! Great question. It allows you to run the pipeline with either Conda or other Nextflow-supported container solutions like Docker/Singularity/Apptainer. You can also now build Containers on the fly using Wave via Conda recipes:
